      Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

      • Incorrect or incomplete payment/address may delay processing.

      3. Checking Your Package

      • Tracking number will be sent in a Shipping Confirmation email.
      • Track via USPS or 17Track.

      4. Estimated Delivery Time

      • United States: 7–15 working days
      • Canada & Europe: 5–12 working days
      • Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase date + 2–5 business days processing + shipping time
      • USPS tracking updates may lag 2–7 days when packages arrive from Asia.

      5. Risk-Free Shipping

      • If your order doesn’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded 100%.

      6. Customs and Taxes

      • Prices are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees in your country.

      • Buyer must enter the correct address. Seller cannot guarantee changes due to strict shipping schedules.

      2. Prepare Your Return

      • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
      • Ensure items are free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
      • Include all original accessories and documentation.

      3. Ship Your Return

      • Send the package to the address provided by Customer Service.
      • Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number and proof of postage.

      Refund Process

      • Most returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
      • Refunds are typically issued within 14–21 business days.
      • Refunds include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.
      • Shipping costs are generally not refunded, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
      • Refunds for purchases with original receipts will be issued to the original form of payment.
      • Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the receipt.
