At trendifywow, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) is required.

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

  • Contact our Customer Support team at service@trendifywow.com.
  • Provide the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
  • Wait for instructions on where and how to send your return.

2. Prepare Your Return

  • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Ensure items are free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
  • Include all original accessories and documentation.

3. Ship Your Return

  • Send the package to the address provided by Customer Service.
  • Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number and proof of postage.

Refund Process

  • Most returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 14–21 business days.
  • Refunds include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.
  • Shipping costs are generally not refunded, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds for purchases with original receipts will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the receipt.
  • A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to personal preference or incorrect purchases: customer is responsible for shipping.
  • Returns due to damaged or incorrect items from trendifywow: shipping is covered by us. Please email clear photos of the issue before returning.

Special Circumstances

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for returned packages lost or stolen in transit.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered.
  • To exchange, return your item(s) and place a new order in your desired size or color.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, laundered, or damaged.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Reserved Rights

trendifywow reserves the right to:

  • Limit or refuse returns from customers with excessive return history, suspected fraud, or similar behavior.
  • Refuse service to any customer or entity engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Discard any non-trendifywow items sent to our distribution center.
