1. Changing Order Information
- You have 24 hours after placing the order to request changes to your shipping info or purchase details.

2. Tracking Number
- Orders are shipped from Asia. Processing takes 2-5 business days (may be longer during holidays or sales).
- Tracking number is sent once the order is ready for shipment.
- If you don’t get tracking after 5 working days post-payment, contact trendifywow.com.
- Incorrect or incomplete payment/address may delay processing.
3. Checking Your Package
- Tracking number will be sent in a Shipping Confirmation email.
- Track via USPS or 17Track.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–15 working days
- Canada & Europe: 5–12 working days
- Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase date + 2–5 business days processing + shipping time
- USPS tracking updates may lag 2–7 days when packages arrive from Asia.
5. Risk-Free Shipping
- If your order doesn’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded 100%.
- Missing order investigation: 3–5 business days, then a replacement will be sent. Contact trendifywow.com for missing orders.
6. Customs and Taxes
- Prices are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees in your country.
- Delays caused by customs are not the seller’s responsibility.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Buyer must enter the correct address. Seller cannot guarantee changes due to strict shipping schedules.
- If the order is refused or delivery attempts fail, seller may abandon the package and will not refund.
