5. Risk-Free Shipping

• If your order doesn’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded 100%.

6. Customs and Taxes

• Prices are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees in your country.

3. Ship Your Return

• Send the package to the address provided by Customer Service.
• Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number and proof of postage.

Refund Process

• Most returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
• Refunds are typically issued within 14–21 business days.
• Refunds include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.
• Shipping costs are generally not refunded, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Refunds for purchases with original receipts will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the receipt.
